The XL has separate battery, screen, back-glass and USB-C board guides; its large chassis uses its own parts.
What to check before buying
USB-C and screen
iFixit documents the charging board and display separately. A USB-C fault should not be priced as a display part merely because opening the phone may involve screen handling.
Battery and rear glass
Both have exact-model guides. The XL's larger back cover and cell should be matched to the Pro XL, not the smaller 10 Pro.
