What to check before buying
Battery
iFixit documents lifting the back cover and replacing the battery without breaking a glued front display. This is materially different from sealed flagship phones.
Port and imaging
Separate guides cover the USB-C port, front camera, main camera and ultrawide camera. A single camera fault need not mean replacing the whole rear-camera set.
